In June 1983, U.S. Army intelligence officer Lt. Col. Wayne M. McDonnell submitted Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process—an ambitious attempt to explain the Monroe Institute’s Gateway Experience using hypnosis, biofeedback, Hemi-Sync audio, resonance, quantum theory, remote viewing, and out-of-body states.

The CIA did not write the report, and an authentic declassified document is not automatic proof of every claim inside it. Gateway Process Declassified gives readers the context needed to make that distinction.
