Blooming Rose Books is an independent publisher and website operator. These terms govern use of bloomingrosebooks.com and its free website features.
Purchases through third-party retailers
Blooming Rose Books currently does not process customer payments for books through this website. Print-book purchase links may send you to Amazon, and digital-edition purchase links may send you to Gumroad. The retailer's current price, availability, payment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms control those transactions.
The Blooming Rose Books Book Bag is a browser convenience that helps organize selected titles before opening eligible retailer links. It is not a Shopify cart, does not create an order, and does not reserve inventory or pricing.
Website content and free features
Book descriptions, previews, articles, free pages and the Blooming Rose Coloring Studio are provided for personal, noncommercial use unless a separate license states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Blooming Rose Books content without written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep product descriptions and links accurate, but retailer prices, inventory and delivery estimates can change without notice. When information on this website differs from the retailer's checkout page, the retailer's current checkout information controls the transaction.
Marketing email is sent only when a visitor provides consent. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. Transactional or requested messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a requested file or respond to a support request.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use automated systems in a way that harms the service or other visitors.
Third-party services
Links to Amazon, Gumroad and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Blooming Rose Books is not responsible for a third party's website availability or independent policies.
